Blue Star Plastics utilizes an enterprise software platform to fully manage our
customer's project expectations and quality requirements. This platform
offers document control, SPC data collection, corrective action analysis, gauge
calibration control, and inspection records rentention.
Blue Star utilizes a C=Zero sampling plan to audit incoming materials,
in-process molding and assembly operations, and outgoing products to insure the
delivery of the highest quality products to our customers.

5S Workplace
The 5S systematic approach to workplace appearance and functionality is one of
the building blocks to continuous improvement.
The 5S vision is a clean, organized, orderly, safe, efficient, and
pleasant place in which to work. We
train all of our employees in the 5 steps to work place organization and
standardization.

to keep what is needed and to eliminate what is not,

everything and putting everything in its identified place,

inspecting for necessary repairs,
