Blue Star Plastics operates
17 thermoplastic molding machines ranging in size from
44 tons to 720 tons,
and 2 oz. to 160
oz.shot capacity,
on a twenty-four hours/day, five days/week schedule. We have
20,000 square feet dedicated to our injection molding operation, with space
available to add at least four more molding machines. Our 3400 sq ft Tool Room
provides support for mold cleaning and maintenance, tool repairs, and the
incorporation of minor
Engineering changes. |

Blue Star Plastics has 25 years of experience working with and
processing a broad spectrum of polymer materials, including
engineering resins such as ABS, Acetal, Nylon, Polycarbonate,
PBT, PPO, Polyurethane, SAN and

Recycled / Green Material:
Many customers request that their products be molded from resins that contain a
certain percentage of post industrial scrap plastic. Such compounded
resins provide an ecologically friendly impact to the environment, reduce the
reliance on petroleum based feedstocks, and minimize cost. Blue Star Plastics,
working with specific resin suppliers, offers these compounded recycled resins
in ABS, PC/ABS and Polyester blends.
