Plastics provides
contract assembly services
for plastic injection molded
products and components. We collaborate with our customers to address all
areas of design, quality, cost, and manufacturability. Our enterprise
software platform allows us to manage any purchased
components and offer complete Supply Chain Management.

Blue Star Plastics has two assembly shifts operating on an eight hours/shift,
five days/week schedule. We have 15,000 square feet dedicated to contract
manufacturing and contract assembly, and currently assemble proprietary products
for our customers.
Our diversified assembly
team prides itself in producing and delivering quality products, on time. We
utilize a C=Zero sampling plan to audit incoming materials, in-process
operations, and outgoing
products, which ensures the highest quality of product for our customers.
